COVID-19 Update

All of you may or may not be aware but Pennsylvania has expanded its business closure mandate. This does not affect our animal care at all. It does…

Stay Connected

Due to the current recommendations by the CDC and requirements by Pa Dept. of Health; the following
COVID19 changes are in effect for our park.

  1. We ask that everyone wears a mask while in the giftshop while paying admission, using the
restrooms, and shopping for merchandise. Medical exceptions and age exceptions apply. Once
outside in the park, as long as you can maintain social distancing, masks are not required.
  2. We ask that your family maintain 6 ft spacing from other families.
  3. We have installed an extra hand washing station and have 14 sanitizer locations throughout the
park. We ask that you frequently wash or sanitize your hands.
  4. We do now require families to sign waivers when entering the park. Please read and sign on the
tables outside before entering to pay for admission.
  5. We are not currently offering pony rides, parakeet encounters, sloth encounters, primate
feeding buckets, prairie dog/fennec fox tunnel, or controlled reptile contact.
  6. Any season pass holder that was affected by the April and May Shutdown will receive a discount
    when renewing their season pass.
  7. All of our staff are temperature checked when entering the facility and sick employees are told
    to stay home.
  8. We routinely clean common contact areas and objects; even more than we previously did.
