Park Rules & Guest Guidelines
We want every guest to have a safe, enjoyable visit — and every animal to stay healthy and happy. Please review these guidelines before your trip.
Animal Safety
Only feed animals with food purchased at the park. Human food, outside snacks, and personal items can be harmful to our animals. Never reach into enclosures, throw objects, or tap on glass. Keep a respectful distance from any animal that moves away from you — they'll come to you when they're ready.
Guest Conduct
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Pets are not permitted inside the park (service animals excepted). Smoking and vaping are not allowed anywhere on park grounds. Please stay on marked pathways.
What to Bring (and What to Leave Behind)
Comfortable shoes, sunscreen, and a camera are highly recommended. Outside food and drinks are not permitted in animal areas. Wagons and strollers are welcome on most paths. Large backpacks and coolers should be left in your vehicle.
Weather & Closures
Living Treasures is primarily an outdoor park. We remain open in light rain but may close or reduce access during severe weather. No refunds for weather-related closures, but season pass holders can always come back another day.
